This is a quick and easy "watercolor" technique that produces lovely results! That stamp was colored with Stampin' Write Markers in colors of Bashful Blue, Not Quite Navy, Certainly Celery and Old Olive. Then the inked stamp was sprayed with a fine water mist and stamped onto the watercolor paper. After tearing the top edges of both the watercolor and Bashful Blue cardstocks and adhering them together, I pulled out my Night of Navy marker again along with the Spritzer tool and gave it some light spritzing. (click on the picture to enlarge it to see the flecks better) Then adhered the ribbon and button, and the card is finished. Viola! Quick and easy. I love the results this technique gives!
We also received the envelope in our packets so it was stamped with the image inked in Bashful Blue for a completed project!
