Razzle-Dazzle-Berry Mambo

Razzle Dazzle, Rich Razzleberry Lemonade, Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry... are you  hungry yet?!  lol!  I was working with these colors and papers... no wonder I got hungry!  lol!!  jk

Today's card is one from a card class I had so it is pretty simple and quick but has lots of punch via the colors used.  The pungent yellow of the Crushed Curry in the Razzleberry Lemonade Designer Paper and the Polka Dot Grosgrain Ribbon is a great counterpoint to the intensity of the Melon Mambo and Rich Razzleberry .

The floral image from the stamp set was stamped onto the Melon Mambo card in the same color ink for a subtle background.  Then the section of Rich Razzleberry was treated with the Scallop Edge Punch before the layer of Razzleberry Lemonade was applied over it.  Two Gold Mini Brads were inserted into 1/4" circles and attached to the upper right side of this layer; the cardstock circles help both ground and emphasize the brads.  The length of Crushed Curry Ribbon had a soft knot tied in the center and was then wrapped around this layer and adhered to the back.

I stamped the oval frame from the Sale-A-Bration Vintage Labels set in Crushed Curry on Whisper White then stamped the wish from Teeny Tiny Wishes (you need this set!) in the center.  This was punched out with the Wide Oval Punch (this punch has been a great addition to our punch "arsenal" this year!).  I lightly sponged some Rich Razzleberry ink onit with a Stampin' Sponge then adhered it to the card.  Viola!  Easy, quick and cheerful!  Ready to send to someone who needs a get well wish!

Thanks for visiting today!  Hope you get a chance to stamp a little love today!
