Berry Basket & Flowers Card

Have you seen all those cute baskets made with the new-this-season Berry Basket Die by Stampin' Up?  They are sooo cute and just perfect for spring, Easter... well, I think any time of year!  You can actually use this basket die for a card as well which is what I did for this post today.  I just die cut one piece of cardstock (you have to cut two for the regular basket) and then cut it in half, folded it  on the score lines and attached it to my card front after embossing it with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder in the Big Shot.

I stamped these fun flowers then punched them out and adhered them over leaves stamped for the background.  Then I added small flowers stamped in yellow.  The final step was to add a bow of thick Baker's Twine in Coastal Cabana.

Stamps:  Flower Shop (lg. flowers), Something to Say (small flowers), Crazy About You (leaf stems), A Dozen Thoughts (hello)
Ink:  Coastal Cabana, Strawberry Slush, Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight, Wild Wasabi
Paper:  Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Strawberry Slush
Accessories:  Berry Basket Die, Coastal Cabana thick Baker's Twine, Pansy Punch, Small flower punch from Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack, Handheld Stapler, Big Shot, Woodgrain Embossing Folder, Fast Fuse, Snail, Mini Glue Dots.

What a fun way to get more use from this great die, send a basket of greetings to a friend and brighten their day!

Thanks for visiting today!  Have a stampy-good day!
