I decided to go with a large leaf as my focal inage; I diecut it from Pistachio Pudding (yes, really!) then began adding colors with Sponge Daubers and various inks. I also colored the smaller leaf the same way but I kept to fewer colors! I used a Neutrals Button in Early Espresso and covered the center with Gold Glimmer Paper punched out with a 1/2" Circle Punch. A length of Tangelo Twist ribbon and a dash of Gold Sequin trim are final touches. I didn't add a sentiment to the card before this photograph but did later: "thankful" from the Good Greetings set (seen below).
And here's the same card with the thankful greeting from the special hostess Good Greetings set:
Stamps: Good Greetings
Inks: Crushed Curry, Tangelo Twist, Cajun Craze, Old Olive, Mossy Meadow
Paper: Old Olive, Tangelo Twist, Old Olive, Pistachio Pudding cardstocks. Gold Glimmer Paper
Accessories: Lg. Neutrals Button (Early Espresso), Tangelo Twist Stitched Satin Ribbon, Gold Sequin Trim, 1/2" Circle Punch.
Here is the sketch for this week:

I never would have guessed that was Pistachio Pudding under those gorgeous colors! That maple leaf looks almost real. Beautiful!

Dear Margaret,
it was so quick and easy to install the translate button. I did it. :-)
I love this - so soft and natural. Love the addition of the gold bling, too!

Your leaves look so realistic! Love the glittery, shiny gold accents!
