Presto Patterns Specialty Paper

The Presto Patterns Specialty Papers showed up for the first time in the current Summer Mini catalog and are now in the new 2010-2011 Catalog as well!  They are 12 x 12" cover-weight cardstock sheets and have glossy designs already applied to them; when you add color, presto! the designs appear!  The package contains 2 each of 6 single-sided designs.

For this card, I used a piece of the all-over toile pattern cardstock.  The color was added using a flower stencil from the Elegant Trio Decor Stencils found in the Definitely Decorative catalog (#118262, $9.95) and a Stampin' Sponge and Marina Mist ink.  After the flower was sponged in Marina Mist, the edge was sponged with Daffodil Delight ink.  The corners of this layer and the Chocolate Chip underneath were treated with the Ticket Corner Punch.

The colorful background is the bargello-patterned print from the lucious Greenhouse Gala Designer Paper found in the new catalog!  This is layered onto new color cardstocks of Daffodil Design and Pear Pizzazz and trimmed up with a couple of new 1/8" taffeta ribbons, also in new colors.
