This Birthday Basics Designer Series Paper is so colorful and festive; it works perfectly with the sketch! Using colors from the DSP, I chose Raspberry Ripple cardstock for the card base; a Crisp Cantaloupe top layer has been embossed with the Modern Mosaic TIEF (embossing folder) and the Big Shot.
Next I cut 5/8" x 2-3/4" strips of five different patterns from the Birthday Basics DSP collection, adhered them to the Cantaloupe layer and topped them with a strip of Gumball Green 3/8" Satin Stitched Ribbon. A Raspberry Ripple 7/8" Scallop Circle Punch-ie is overlaid by a number "8" from the Memorable Moments set; Dazzling Diamonds Glitter highlights the "8".
"Make a wish" from the Sweet Essentials word set is stamped with Raspberry Ripple, punched out with the Word Window Punch and embellished with Rhinestones colored with Sharpie Marker.
Here is the sketch from Create with Connie and Mary this week; it is clean and simple yet versatile too!
Go to the Create with Connie and Mary website to see all the wonderful cards from the other Challenge Team members then get to your stamp table and make your own version of this fun sketch!! We would love to see what you come up with so link it to the CWCM website after uploading it somewhere on the web!
Thanks for visiting this week, and Happy Stampin'!

What a delightful card! I love these colors! So bright and fun! And I love how your banners look like they're hanging and not just glued flat (like mine)! :)
