Baja Build-A-Blossom

What a great concept!  A stamp set of individual flower elements and a punch to match!  The creative possibilities must be endless; what fun!  I finally got my Build a Blossom set and Blooming Petals Punch and have put them to use!  Here's the result:

Both sizes of 2-step petals were stamped with Regal Rose ink on Whisper White cardstock then punched out.  The 1/2" circle center is stamped with Pear Pizzazz on Whisper White.

On the right is a strip of a colorful print Designer Series Paper called Nursery Suite (which I think is very misleading :); it has some wonderful designs in it for all ages!).  Pear Pizzazz Seam Binding Ribbon tied around it and softly knotted carries the color scheme forward.  At the lower portion of the strip is the sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes  punched out with the Word Window Punch then layered on a Pear Pizzazz Modern Label Punch.

The Baja Breeze cardstock background was stamped in the same color ink with the Fifth Avenue Floral rose stamp for a subtle tone on tone look.  The punched leaf is Pear Pizzazz which I creased and pinched to give it some texture.

These punched leaves give so much depth to the flower and card.  I used our Tombow Multi Glue to arrange and hold my petals to a 1" circle of white cardstock then added the second layer of smaller petals over those.  The Multi Glue really holds everything with no fear of it coming loose!  Great stuff!   A Dimensional under the center gives added height there too.
